Profile of endometrial cancer patient at Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, Bali-Indonesia

BACKGROUND: Endometrial cancer is one type of that often experienced by women, especially in the post-menopausal female population. The incidence endometrial developing countries, including Indonesia, increasing due to lack access early detection and diagnosis requires curettage or biopsy must be done a hospital. AIM: purpose this study was observe various risk factors characteristics patients such as initial complaints, age, parity, family history, body mass index, history hypertension, diabetes mellitus, histological type, degree differentiation, stage, treatment. METHODS: This retrospective descriptive carried out at obstetrics gynecology polyclinic medical record installation Sanglah Hospital Denpasar Bali from November 2020 until May 2021. A total 215 with were enrolled study. RESULTS: obtained during period. most common clinical vaginal bleeding (91.4%), age range between 51 60 years old (42%), multiparity (58%), index overweight (55.9%), hypertension 54.2%, no mellitus DM (71.8%), Stage II disease (42.5%), Type I endometrioid 53.2%, operative management 98.4%. CONCLUSION: Our concluded found cancer.
